April 9, 2009:  BroadPad becomes member of Forum Nokia to collaborate on best practices for mobile application development and testing on Nokia devices.

April 29, 2009:  BroadPad, Inc. is certified by the Virginia Department of Minority Business Enterprise as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE).  This certification also formalizes the classification of BroadPad's products and services to the U.S. Government in the following specific categories:  Applications Software, Integrated Software and Enterprise Consulting Services.

April 30, 2009:  BroadPad officially joins the Microsoft® Partner Program.

May 5, 2009
Wireless Communications Association International (WCAI).  BroadPad, Inc. participates in WCAI's Wireless Policy Summit.

June 26, 2009
BroadPad evaluates Sybase’s iAnywhere platform and potential strategic partnership with Sybase® as an Embedded (OEM) Alliance Partner.

July 7, 2009
BroadPad is accepted to Motorola’s PartnerSelect Program within the Motorola Enterprise Mobility business (EMb) to provide innovative mobile solutions to its customers.

July 30, 2009:  BroadPad, Inc., signs a strategic business agreement with Spyro Hotel Supplies LLC., based in Dubai, U.A.E., to develop innovative mobile applications and solutions providing users easy access to content on restaurants, eateries, retail stores, shopping malls and various other entertainment establishments.  The mobile solutions and applications will be planned in phases, implemented across various device platforms and will be available to users across the Middle East region (U.A.E., Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait).

September 10, 2009:  The Future of the Mobile Web, San Francisco, CA.  BroadPad participates in The Future of the Mobile Web conference.
